In Beachcomber Restaurant I was mainly working as Chef, making large variety of dishes from international cuisine. For events we prepared selection of grilled meats and burgers. In order to increase my working hours, I also worked at night as Waiter.
Csillagtúra Guesthouse, Hungary Receptionist, Bar tender 2014 – 2015
I have been working in 72 hour shift for a family owned guesthouse as Receptionist at daytime and at night time as Bartender. My duties were:
Liaising with travel agencies by email and on phone, preparing personalised programs and activities to adult guests such as visiting wine-testing in cellar, spa and thermal-bath programs and activities for children
Managing room bookings, welcome guests, dealing with guests requests during their stay, offering programs in and around the city as first point of contact
Ensure all work carried out in the Guesthouse is to the highest standard and meets guests expectations.
At night time I served guests with ordered hot and cold drinks, such as wine, beer, coffee, shots, and snacks.
The Marker Hotel, Ireland Chef de partie 2011-2014
On the Rooftop bar and Terrace I worked closely with 4 colleagues on preparation and cooking grilled meats and different type of fishes as guided by the head chef.
La Cucina di Nonna Valentina, Ireland Cook 2008-2011
In a traditional Italian restaurant I prepared authentically Italian starters and pastas.
Fehérhattyú Restaurant and Beer Garden, Hungary Chef 2006- 2008
I worked in a 160 seated typical Hungarian restaurant as commis chef. I was preparing and cooking a’la carte meals.
I also helped out on the Grill teracce in the summer time, which was opened for the public. I made starters, variety of salads with different based of dips, and main courses dishes such as soupes, pastas, whole fried meats, garnishes.

In shift work I prepared English breakfast and making dishes for special events such as weddings and birthday parties.
Hadik Hotel Protocol Directorate Budapest Chef – Waiter 1996-2003
At the different section of the kitchen area I prepared hot dishes and cold plates (cheese, meats and fruits) for protocol parties. This was my practice place where I got experience in French and English service. In the busy periods I helped out in serving.
